Position Description:
Our client is looking for a mid-level Corporate Associate with experience handling Mergers & Acquisitions. Qualified candidates should have 3- 6 years of experience working at a major law firm, ideally with national reach, as well as have excellent academic credentials. Candidates should also be admitted or eligible for admission to the Utah Bar.
