Position Description:
Our client is seeking attorneys with 3 – 4 years of complex commercial litigation experience including breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty litigation. Chancery court experience is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and be licensed to practice in Delaware.
