Position Description:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional mid-level associate attorney in its Trusts & Estates group in Seattle. Ideal candidates will have experience in the following areas: estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and related trust administration; planning and administering taxable estates; preparation of federal estate tax returns; business succession planning; charitable planning; and the ability to understand and implement complex tax strategies. Candidates should have at least two to four years of experience in the practice at a boutique law firm or within a group at a larger law firm, with excellent academic credentials and writing skills. An L.L.M. degree in taxation is preferred.
