Position Description:
Our client is seeking an attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience of complex business litigation experience. Candidates should have experience with all aspects of the litigation process including motion practice, discovery, brief writing, witness deposition preparation, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation. Candidates should be adept at case management, have strong written communication and oral advocacy skills, and be admitted to the IL bar.
