Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate with 3-5 years of IP litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with trademark litigation. Additional experience with trade dress, trade secrets, and/or copyright disputes is a plus. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with the following:
- arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, and managing discovery
- analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues
- preparing for trial
Candidates should be barred in Tennessee.
