PRODUCT LIABILITY/COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE OR SENIOR COUNSEL
Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a strong presence across the United States, is seeking a skilled Product Liability/Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Counsel to join their team. This is a remote position based out of their virtual office, with occasional in-person travel required for depositions, court appearances, or trials as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, specifically within the commercial and product liability sectors. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, hold an active Pennsylvania bar license, and have substantial experience litigating in both Pennsylvania state and federal courts. The role will primarily support attorneys within the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and motion practice.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop and execute litigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of relevant litigation experience.
- Active Pennsylvania bar license and residency in Pennsylvania.
- Strong background in Pennsylvania state and federal court procedures.
- Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
- Superior interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Judicial clerkship experience in Pennsylvania is a plus.
