Client Description:
Our client is an AM Top 100 law firm with 24 offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Their Chambers ranked Labor & Employment practice handles employment-related matters for local, national and multinational employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and nonprofits. They defend clients in single-plaintiff, class, and representative actions involving federal and state claims of discrimination, harassment, trade secret misappropriation, and wage and hour violations, among others. They also counsel employers in every aspect of the employer/employee relationship, including federal, state, and international law compliance; traditional labor issues; internal investigations; and executive compensation.

Position Description:
This is a unique position within our client’s Labor & Employment team which covers both litigation and transactional work.  In this role, you will work side-by-side with a Partner known for handling sensitive matters where discretion, precision, and speed are paramount.  You will advise on a variety of matters including (but not limited to) executive mobility, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, reputational risk, and support employment diligence and post-transaction integration in private equity and M&A deals.

Qualified candidates will have experience with or interest in one or more of the following areas:

  • Litigating restrictive covenants and trade secrets, including injunctive relief;
  • Executive mobility: onboarding, separations, and incentive arrangements;
  • Employment counseling on compliance, risk, and sensitive personnel issues;
  • M&A employment support: diligence, integration, and ongoing portfolio company support Internal investigation support involving whistleblower or reputational concerns.

Candidates should be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have a strong academic record.
