Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of Finance experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in healthcare finance transactions, including asset-based lines of credit, real estate and construction financings, and cash flow loans. Candidates must be hardworking and willing to push transactions forward including being able to demonstrate some experience in documenting and closing healthcare finance transactions. Associates who join this group will obtain hands-on experience in finance transactions spanning a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis on healthcare including loans to owners and operators of senior living, post-acute care and behavioral health facilities, as well as multifamily real estate loans.
