Position Description:
Our client is seeking a highly qualified junior to midlevel associate with two to four years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in our Orange County office. The successful applicant must possess excellent academic credentials and writing skills as well as employment law litigation experience. The candidate ideally will have meaningful experience with class/PAGA action litigation, single-plaintiff litigation, fact investigations and employment counseling.
