Position Description:
Our client’s EGVC team consists of tenured startup attorneys across the United States an internationally, providing a comprehensive approach that leverages expertise across a wide variety of industries. They provide due diligence, negotiation, and portfolio management advice on private equity and venture capital investments.
They’re seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join this EGVC team and are targeting candidates with hands on experience at a major law firm with a focus on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies. This position calls for a driven individual with high attention to detail and excellent communication. Candidates should have a successful academic background and membership to the California bar is required.
