Position Description:
Our client seeks a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its national litigation practice in the Denver office. The Firm is looking to make a long-term investment in the right candidate for this highly collaborative, tight-knit team. Experience in commercial litigation and construction law required; experience in consumer class action defense, telephone marketing regulation (TCPA) defense, or labor and employment law preferred. Deposition and hearing experience required; trial experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a case independently from start to finish with minimal oversight. Colorado law license required.
