Position Description:
Our client is seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of large law firm experience in structured finance representing large-scale banks, asset managers, and investors. Experience with CLOs and related transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse financings, and other complex financing transactions is highly desired. Admission to the New York bar or the ability to waive in is required.
