Position Description:
Our client is looking for an Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their impressive Capital Markets practice. Successful candidates will have capital markets experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in ’34 Act work a plus but is not required. Admission to the Illinois, New York, or Texas bar is required.
