Commercial Finance Attorney (2-3 years)

Their Commercial Finance practice is nationally recognized and handles hundreds of significant loan transactions annually, aggregating billions of dollars, including scores of international lending transactions.

Position Description:
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-3 years of finance experience representing banks and other commercial lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting a variety of commercial finance transactions. Applicants should have had exposure to a variety of transactions including secured asset-based and cash-flow loans, leveraged buy-outs, mezzanine financings, second lien financings and unitranche loan transactions.  Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top law school and be licensed in the State of Illinois.
