Some of their key practice areas include high-stakes litigation, patent & technology, corporate compliance, regulatory issues, and white-collar defense.
Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of litigation experience including experience drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation. Candidates must have large law firm experience, strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, & writing skills, and a track record of academic and professional excellence. They should be prepared to assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
