Position Description:
Our client is seeking Litigation Associates with 3-6 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation team. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate broad litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate, land use, construction litigation, labor & employment, healthcare, appellate, class action, and shareholder disputes. Candidates should have experience in all stages of the litigation process including discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, preparing for trial, and participating in settlement negotiations. Candidates must have solid academic requirements and be licensed to practice in Illinois.
