Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000

Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 6 years of experience with construction defect matters and knowledge of insurance risk transfer issues for property damage claims. Candidates must have significant courtroom or arbitration experience as well as experience with the discovery process, drafting substantive dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and some trial or evidentiary hearing experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida. A Board Certification in Construction Law by the Florida Bar is a plus!
