Position Description:
Our client is looking for a mid-senior level Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of experience supporting corporate transactions, primarily in the midstream oil and gas sector. This associate will be responsible for commercial oil and gas contracts pertaining to product sales as well as gathering, processing, transportation, storage, and export agreements. They’ll also be involved in construction contracts for large capital projects and commercial agreements relating to carbon capture and hydrogen projects. Experience in any or all of these areas is preferred. This is a tight-knit team of leading attorneys in their field and will offer excellent opportunities for substantive experience, mentorship, and advancement.
