Position Description:
Our client seeks to hire an Associate with 5-7 years of experience representing private equity funds in a wide variety of acquisitions. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead transactions and have the ability to work independently with clients. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have experience in a similar large law firm setting.
