Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary Range: $225,000 – $260,000
Admission: North Carolina (or able to waive in)
Schedule: 3 days/week onsite

Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with 1-3 years of experience with capital markets transactions or advising public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and securities law matters. Experience with real estate investment trusts (REIT) is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and similar large law firm experience is required.
