Position Description:
Our client is seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of transactional experience to represent financial institutions and corporate trust clients on a variety of corporate trust transactions. These transactions may include structured finance (RMBS, CMBS, and ABS), municipal debt, corporate debt issuances and transactions, finance facilities, and document custody. Ideal candidates will have experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a variety of transactional agreements including trust indentures, loans, account controls, agency, custodial, pooling and servicing, servicing, disbursement, master services, non-disclosure, and other related or similar agreements. Candidates should have excellent writing, review, analysis, and negotiation skills, and superior academics.
