Debt Finance Associate (4-7 years)

About the Role
The successful candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in debt finance, with a focus on syndicated and leveraged finance transactions. This role offers the chance to work closely with partners and colleagues both in the U.S. and internationally, advising top-tier clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate leveraged finance commitment papers and credit agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on complex debt finance transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver seamless client service.
- Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to become admitted).
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Class years 2018–2021 preferred.
