Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate for their Nashville office.  Candidates should have 2-4 years of strong employee benefits and executive compensation experience, particularly in connection with mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience with executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and welfare benefits. Candidates should have strong writing skills and strong academic background.
