They have strong practices in employment, energy, hospitality and leisure, insurance, intellectual property, litigation, mergers and acquisitions and have developed key teams in pensions, private equity, real estate, tax, and technology.
Position Description:

This Legal Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting partners by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of legal and administrative tasks. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage state and federal court filings.
- Support litigation tasks and general administrative functions for assigned attorneys.
- Delegate tasks to legal support staff while maintaining oversight and accountability.
- Coordinate attorney calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage complex travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, and presentations.
- Maintain client relationships and handle confidential communications.
- Organize and lead logistics for practice group and client meetings.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems in compliance with firm policies.
- Oversee billing processes, including prebilling, budget monitoring, and liaising with billing and collections teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Arizona state court rules is preferred.
- Must demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
