Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Permanent Placements is seeking an experienced legal assistant or paralegal to work closely with several Family Law attorneys in a prominent, downtown Chicago office. Candidates should have prior experience in a law firm setting supporting partners. Candidates will be responsible for scheduling and managing calendars, drafting documents, assisting with light paralegal duties, and working with clients to gather sensitive information. Candidates with mediation experience or supporting attorneys that do mediation are highly desired, but that experience is not required. This position will be in office 4-5 days a week.
