Position Description:
Our client’s Health & Senior Care Section is seeking a health litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Sacramento office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience including law and motion experience, written discovery, deposition experience, mediation, and trial preparation experience. Previous work with health care providers or trial experience is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated and expanding health team.
