Position Description:
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level healthcare associate to join it’s well-regarded and highly ranked national healthcare practice. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of healthcare law experience with excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills. Experience advising on Medicare and Medicaid issues, health care fraud and abuse laws, HIPPA, privacy, and state licensure of health care entities is preferred. Some experience supporting the transactional aspects of healthcare M&A deals is a plus! Candidates must be licensed to practice in the State where they are applying.
