Position Description:
Our client is seeking junior and midlevel associates with 1-5 years of experience in technology transactions and privacy to join our Dallas office. Strong candidates will have experience drafting license agreements, SaaS agreements, privacy policies, and data processing terms. Ideal candidates will have a college degree in computer science, engineering, or science, although it in not required. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
