Salary Range: $205,000 – $250,000
Bar Admission: Illinois and USPTO
Work Schedule: 3 days onsite per week

Position Description:
Our client is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience of patent preparation and prosecution to join their Chicago office. This role requires an advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field, preferably a PhD or a Masters with significant work experience. Successful candidates will work within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors with clients such as academic institutions, startups, and mid-sized companies in the biotech or pharma space. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Illinois (or be able to waive into the IL bar) and be admitted to practice before the USPTO
