Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate with 2-4 trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all the following areas:
- Trademark prosecution
- International Trademark portfolio management
- Soft enforcement of trademark and other IP rights
- Domain name enforcement
- Trademark clearance and counseling re availability of new brands
- UDRP complaints
- IP licensing and other transactions
- Acting in relation to the above for domestic and overseas clients on international or multinational matters
Tennessee law license or ability to waive into the Tennessee Bar is required.
