Position Description:
Our client seeks a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage hour.  Demonstrated skill advising clients on workplace policies and day-to-day legal issues a plus.  Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
