Position Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced associate to join the Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in our dynamic San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of litigation experience focused on defending employers in wage and hour class/PAGA actions as well as employment matters. Prior experience counseling employers on employment practices and documentation, addressing traditional labor matters, or working on the labor and employment aspects of business transactions is a plus but not required.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
