Position Description:
Our client’s Ft. Lauderdale office seeks to hire an Associate with 3-6 years of employment and/or commercial litigation experience to join their leading Labor & Employment law firm.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 3-6 years of employment of complex commercial litigation experience; employment experience is preferred but the firm is also open to candidates with substantial defense-side litigation experience who is eager to work within labor and employment law.
- experience drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials.
- excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
