Position Description:
Our client’s fast growing Dallas office seeks to hire an experienced Associate or Counsel to join their Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5 or more years of experience to take on important client-facing work and take part in growing this practice.
The ideal candidate must have:
- trial and arbitration experience.
- experience drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials.
- experience in discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues is preferred.
- excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- be able to handle cases independently.
