Position Description:
Our client seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. They are looking for the next team member to join their community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset.
Although they would prefer some experience in employment law, they are also interested in working with and developing talented attorneys who come with excellent skills in any litigation arena. If you have substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, they’re interested!
Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have opportunities to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms.
