Salary Range: $140,000 – $365,000
Admission: California
Schedule: 3 days/week in office

Client Description(s):
We support many firms in the San Francisco Bay area who consistently hire L&E Litigation Attorneys and almost always have a couple different opportunities candidates can consider. Salary, culture, and team structure will vary by client and position; however, we receive the most requests for candidates between 2-5 years of Associate experience at a large law firm.

General Overview:
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience practicing Labor & Employment law including some of the following subject areas: wage and hour litigation, discrimination, harassment, non-compete/trade secrets, and/or wrongful termination suits. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with employment counseling (including the construction of employment policies and manuals and wage and hour counseling). PAGA experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience at a national, regional, or employment boutique law firm.
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Experience handling range of employment litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, depositions, and substantive motion practice.
  • Experience with employment advisory matters is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently demonstrate attention to detail, and assume a high degree of responsibility.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, and a team-oriented attitude.
    Excellent academic achievement, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • PAGA Experience is preferred.
  • Traditional Labor experience is also preferred
