Position Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate to join its team in Cleveland. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of traditional labor and/or employment litigation experience, including arbitration briefing, drafting position statements to the NRLB, drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations, agency hearings, arbitrations and trials. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required
