Labor & Employment Attorney (4-9 years)

Salary Range: $147,500 – $185,000

Position Description:
Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of employment litigation experience and should be familiar with handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. OSHA experience is a plus. You must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You should be admitted to the Kentucky Bar. Dual admission with Indiana is a plus!
