Position Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate with over 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Experience in drafting and arguing motions
- Skills in taking and defending depositions
- Expertise in ESI discovery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience in employment law and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law
- Strong litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in employment law
Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
