Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in construction, financial services, commercial, or real property litigation. Candidates must have experience with discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and appearing in court to handle case management hearings and argue dispositive motions. Candidates must be barred in Florida.
