Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Litigation Associate or Counsel with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice. This position is open to candidates based in Washington, DC or the Richmond, VA area (with the option to work fully remotely if located in Richmond).

This is a great opportunity for attorneys who are eager to take on meaningful responsibility in both state and federal court matters, particularly in defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appellate cases.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active membership in the DC Bar (or VA Bar if based in Richmond), in good standing
  • Experience in financial services litigationcontested foreclosure, and/or consumer debt matters is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage depositionsmediations, and court hearings
  • Strong legal researchwriting, and analytical skills
