Managed Care Litigation Attorney
Locations: Los Angeles (preferred), Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and New York.
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000
Admission: California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York
Schedule: 3 days/week Onsite

Position Description:
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their nationally recognized Managed Care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a large and impressive team of attorneys who have dedicated their practice to working with leading managed care companies throughout the United States on a wide range of cutting-edge matters including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Managed care or health care experience is required. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. Experience handling multiple cases and/or managing regulatory or compliance matters, and ability to serve as the point person on litigation and/or counseling is preferred.
