Position Description:
Our client is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its Private Client practice group in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in tax law and estate planning, with a focus on creating comprehensive, tax-efficient solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities include:
- drafting and reviewing estate documents, operating and shareholder agreements, and advising on insurance planning, trust funding, and corporate restructuring.
- handling estate administration, including probate proceedings, post-mortem tax planning, and estate tax return preparation.
- advising high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and multi-generational families on complex estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and business succession planning.
