Position Description:
Our client is looking to hire a mid-level Corporate Associate with 2-5 years of experience focused on Private Equity transactions. This Associate with work with a Corporate team that supports many clients in or adjacent to the healthcare industry, though this position will be focused almost exclusively on supporting transactions for Private Equity clients. Qualified candidates should have excellent academic credentials and experience at other big law firms, ideally with national reach.
