Salary Range: $260,000 – $350,000

Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of renewable energy transactional experience to join their Finance team in Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, New York or Washington, DC. Our client has a thriving energy practice with plans to grow! This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic lawyer to join a fast-growing team where there is a large amount of potential for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Experience in renewable energy project finance and/or tax credit transactions, as well as broad substantive exposure to a variety of renewable energy due diligence matters.
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents, as well as reviewing project documents, managing subject-matter specialist review and closing transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
