Position Description:
Our client is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group which represents a wide variety of commercial banks (domestic and foreign) and other financial institutions in a wide variety of public finance transactions. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Experience with drafting financing documents, document review, legal research, and writing memorandums
- Familiarity with transactional work focusing on public finance transactions, including municipal derivatives and bond issues
