Salary Range: $220,000 – $300,000
Bar Admission: IN or OH
Work Schedule: 3 days onsite per week

Position Description:
Our client is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience representing developers, investors, lenders, and corporate clients in complex real estate transactions. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside a nationally recognized team on matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Ideal candidates will bring strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle transactions independently.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents
- Manage complex real estate transactions from term sheet through closing
- Conduct and analyze due diligence, including title and survey review
- Support clients in real estate finance, development projects, and joint ventures
Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state to which they are applying.
