Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate to joins its Real Estate practice in Nashville.  Attorneys in this group handle complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), real estate loans, Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs), and similar development governance instruments.  Their clients are mostly end-users of real estate. There is little to no lender representation.  Any finance work is limited and is only on the borrower side.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least 3 years of direct and relevant experience handling real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing transactions including substantial experience in PSAs, Leases, Real Estate Loans, REAs and similar development governance instruments
  • At least 2 years of large law firm experience in a transactional group
  • Be barred in TN or have the ability to waive in
  • Impressive academic credentials
  • Strong writing and drafting abilities
