Position Description:
Our client is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 4-6 years of general real estate and lending experience for its Chicago office. Ideal candidates will have experience with:
1) acquisitions and development,
2) real estate finance (borrower-side), and
3) retail, office, and industrial leasing.
Candidates must be barred in Illinois, have strong academic credentials, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
