Position Description:
Our client is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of experience in estate planning and an LLM in Taxation. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate experience with business and succession planning as well as estate planning and administration. Significant client contact and the ability to build a client base are required. Candidates must be barred in Tennessee.
